Join Cindy Driver, Fitness behavior change coach, for a fun total body reset. The 28 Day Total Body Reset is a complete nutrition program that focuses on coaching you through successfully changing 4 basic unhealthy nutrition habits to kickstart a healthier, more amazing lifestyle without deprivation. 

You will learn a new habit each week, increasing in habits as you progress. The amazing thing about this program is it is habit based, meaning we are focusing on nutritional habits, not strict rules or eating plans. You can follow the program whether you are vegan, keto, paleo, vegetarian, or simply eat a standard diet. These habits work for everyone - from the beginner to the more advanced client. Cindy will provide you with everything you need to successfully complete this program from start to finish. 

The program is divided up into 4 weekly goals:

July 5 LIVE Seminar at 11:00AM - Welcome to Week 1 and drinking zero calorie beverages

July 12 LIVE Seminar at 11:00AM - Week 2 and benefits of adding green smoothies and raw veggies into your diet

July 19 LIVE Seminar at 11:00AM - Week 3 and eating breakfast, sugar-free

July 26 LIVE Seminar at 11:00AM - Week 4 and cutting out dairy
