Dragonfly Spirit Healing Circle with Karen

Join Karen Campbell, grief counselor and energy healer of Grief & Healing Connections, for an hour of meditation and energy healing.

During this healing circle, we will focus on healing within ourselves. When we heal within ourselves, we bring our healing to the world around us. Dedicating time to ourselves is self-care, it is an endeavor that is needed in our lives. The energy healings  of Angel Healing Energy,  Melchizedek Method and Reiki serve to activate the healing within our being. Energy healing reminds us of our connection to the source of all energy, to that which is greater than ourselves. During meditation and energy healing, we reconnect with our true self that is often stifled beneath layers of stress and imposed conditions.

During this Healing Circle for Self, Karen will lead both quiet and guided meditations. During a guided meditation, Karen will unite the circle in the healing energies of Angel Healing Energy and the Melchizedek Healing Method. During quiet meditation, Karen will share Reiki healing with each individual. Participants need only to be present and seated comfortably. Participants are asked to dress for their comfort. Air conditioning will be in use, please bring your own blanket or warm outerwear.

Dates: Second Friday of each month

Time: 7:30 to 8:30 pm

Cost: $20

Resonance Renewed Soundscape: Healing through Mantra and Sound with Julia of Healing Song Vibrations

Held on the 2nd Sunday of each month.

The power of sound meets the essence of healing in this sound bath experience. Sound is believed to have the ability to move lymphatic fluid, relax muscle and fascia, break up scar tissue, regulate the central nervous system by toning the vagus nerve, and build new limbic pathways that can help heal from trauma and addiction. Come and see for yourself how sound healing can benefit your body and mind!

Julia’s sound meditations always begin with the powerful resonance of crystal singing bowls, each tone carrying with it the potential for deep relaxation and release. These soothing vibrations have the ability to calm the nervous system and balance our chakras, easing tension and stress from both body and mind. Feel the weight of the day melt away as you surrender to the healing embrace of sound.

Every one of Julia’s sound baths is unique, incorporating a variety of instruments. Instruments that you may experience in these sound baths include RAV drum, frame drum, rattles and shakers, chimes and bells, gong, shamanic flute, and many others. Each session will begin with a short mantra practice and end with affirmations. These are incredible healing practices that you can use at home to continue on your healing journey. We hope you will leave these sessions feeling empowered to heal!

Foundational Human Design Workshop (part 1) and Understanding Human Design & Relationships (part 2)
Jun

6:00 PM18:00

Foundational Human Design Workshop (part 1) and Understanding Human Design & Relationships (part 2)

Registration extended to June 12th!!!

PART 1

Ready to stop guessing and start living in a way that actually feels right for you? Join us for this foundational workshop and discover the value of understanding your unique design.

Join us for a Foundational Human Design Workshop!

Human Design is a practical and insightful system of self-discovery that helps you understand how you’re naturally designed to use your energy, make decisions, and navigate life with greater ease. This foundational workshop offers a clear and supportive introduction to Human Design, perfect for beginners or anyone wanting to ground their understanding of their chart.

Together, we’ll explore the essential building blocks of a Human Design chart so you can begin recognizing what truly works for you—where you may be overextending, second-guessing, or trying to live by someone else’s expectations. By understanding your design, you can access more self-trust, clarity, and a greater sense of alignment.

What you’ll gain:

· A foundational understanding of Human Design and key chart components

· Insight into how you’re designed to use energy and make decisions

· Greater self-acceptance and confidence in your natural way of being

· Practical ways to apply Human Design in daily life

Handouts provided: You’ll receive handouts with basic information to help you understand your Human Design chart and continue exploring after the workshop.

You will also receive your individual Human Design report.

You must provide your birth date, time of birth (including AM or PM) and location (city and State).

Your report will be provided during the class. For accuracy you must have all 3 pieces of birth information. If you do not know your time of birth, (town hall of birth place) can provide you with a long form of a birth certificate which includes time. Most town halls have an option to purchase directly from the Town site.

If you’re ready to gain deeper clarity about yourself and start living in alignment with your natural design, this workshop is the perfect place to begin. Join us and uncover the blueprint that supports you in being more fully yourself.

This class is not intended to provide an individual reading.

PART 2: Understanding Human Design & Relationships offered on Monday, 6/22 at 6 pm

Every relationship, whether romantic, familial, professional, or social—brings together different energetic designs. Understanding Human Design within the context of relationships offers a powerful lens for compassion, communication, and connection. This workshop explores how Human Design influences the way we interact, express needs, handle conflict, and give and receive energy.

You’ll learn how different designs naturally operate and why others may experience the world differently than you do. Rather than trying to change yourself or others, Human Design helps you appreciate differences and work with them—reducing misunderstandings and strengthening connection.

In this workshop, you’ll explore:

· How your Human Design impacts communication and emotional dynamics

· Common relationship challenges through the lens of energy and conditioning

· How to honor differences without compromising yourself

· Ways to cultivate healthier boundaries and more authentic connections

Handouts will be provided with basic information on understanding Human Design charts, offering tools you can take home and apply to your personal and relational dynamics.

Based on the fundamentals learned from the Foundational Human Design workshop, this workshop will go further into the impact of different ‘energies’ in relationships.

By providing the birth information (time, date and place) of one key relationship in your life. We will evaluate how these energies impact you and your key relationship.

If you’re seeking deeper understanding, harmony, and authenticity in your relationships, this workshop will offer insight and practical tools to support meaningful change.

Join us and experience how Human Design can transform the way you relate to yourself and others.

This class is not intended to provide an individual reading.

It is highly recommended to take the Foundations workshop prior to the Relationship workshop

Both workshops are taught by Jodi Cabral. Jodi is a Human Design reader, Reiki practitioner, and long‑time seeker on the spiritual path. With a background in intuitive development through the Akashic Records, certification in holistic health, and a 200‑hour yoga teacher training, she brings a grounded and compassionate approach to self‑discovery and energy awareness.

Cost: Part 1 $30. Part 2 $35 (offered 6/22 at 6 pm),=. Part 1 & 2 $55

Pilates & Yoga for Strong Muscles and Strong Bones (hybrid) Summer Session(s)

Summer session(s) in person or on zoom : Tuesdays, 9-10:15 am

(Zoom invite will be sent out before the first class)

Session 1: 4 weeks

6/2, 6/16, 6/23, 6/30 (no class 6/9)

Session 2: 6 weeks

7/7, 7/14, 7/28, 8/4, 8/11, 8/18 (no class 7/21)

Here are your 2 favorite exercises blended together!

Why Pilates? Think better posture, stronger body, improved balance and alignment and deeper breath. By integrating movement with breath, Pilates helps students walk and sit taller, more confidently and with more body awareness. Better posture results in less back pain and less chance for injury due to falls or imbalances in the body. Mind-body movement enhances neuroplasticity in the brain, which enhances brain function as we age. Add weight bearing exercise including standing, balancing, shifting plus resistance bands and weights to improve muscle tone, and you have the workings of a total body strength class.

Why yoga?  By integrating yoga between the Pilates routine, we create a healthy flow, contrasting dynamic movement with ease and relaxation.   Exercises alternate between standing and laying or seated on the mat, and are integrated with Stott Pilates® principles to lengthen the torso, enhance cardiovascular system through systemic breath work and strengthen core muscles. Bring exercise/yoga mat and the following equipment:

Please bring a mat, 2 toning balls of 1, 2 or 3 pounds, a flexband and a 10" mini-stability ball.

Class is taught by Susanne Liebich.

Investment in Health: $88 4 week session, $132/6 week session, $30/drop in class

4:00 PM16:00

Caregiver Burnout Support Group led by Pamela Dussault

A Free Monthly Gathering for Compassionate Connection and Renewal

This group takes place on the 2nd Wednesday of each month from 4-5 pm.

Caring for a loved one can be both meaningful and overwhelming. Guilt, resentment, and exhaustion often take root, leaving caregivers feeling unseen and alone. This free monthly group offers a safe, supportive space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. You’ll leave each gathering with practical strategies to lighten your load and the comfort of knowing you are not alone in this journey.

Each gathering follows a simple, nourishing rhythm:

  • Grounding practice to release stress and arrive in the present moment.

  • Check-in and sharing—a chance to be heard and understood by others who truly get it.

  • Mini-teaching from Pamela on topics like shifting from guilt to compassion, setting boundaries, or rebuilding self-esteem.

  • Discussion and reflection—time to connect, share experiences, and apply new insights.

  • Closing exercise to leave you centered, calm, and supported.

Themes rotate each month, so you’ll gain fresh tools and perspectives while building lasting community. This is not therapy—it is a circle of support, presence, and renewal, where caregivers are reminded of their value and guided back to themselves.

Who is it for?
Family caregivers, especially those feeling burnt out, isolated, or struggling with guilt, resentment, or self-doubt. Whether you care for an aging parent, a partner, or another loved one, you are welcome here.

About Pamela Dussault

For over 20 years, Pamela has guided individuals through crises such as caregiver burnout, estrangement, and major life transitions—helping them uncover strength and possibilities they never knew were within them. She is known for creating safe, compassionate spaces where people feel truly seen while being gently guided toward clarity, resilience, and peace.

Her approach blends somatic mindfulness, mindset reframing, and compassionate boundaries, giving caregivers practical tools to release guilt, rebuild self-esteem, and restore balance. Pamela’s gift is her presence—reflecting back the strength within others and empowering them to reclaim purpose, confidence, and joy.

This monthly support group is sponsored by IridESSENCE Community Health Collaborative. Although not required, donations are appreciated

Pilates & Yoga for Strong Muscles and Strong Bones (hybrid) 10 week session

9:00 AM09:00

Pilates & Yoga for Strong Muscles and Strong Bones (hybrid) 10 week session

10 week session in person or on zoom : Tuesdays, 9-10:15 am, 3/24-5/26

(Zoom invite will be sent out before the first class)

Investment in Health: $220/10 week session, $30/drop in class

Didgeridoo Chakra Clearing Workshop
Apr

4:00 PM16:00

Didgeridoo Chakra Clearing Workshop

This immersive workshop is designed to support the release of energetic and emotional stagnation across the seven major energy centers of the body. Participants are invited to focus on each energy center as they experience its corresponding vibrational resonance.

The workshop begins with a brief overview of the chakra system, offering insight into the qualities of each chakra and how they influence overall well-being. This is followed by a 50+ minute sound journey, with approximately eight minutes dedicated to each chakra. As participants bring their awareness to each energy center, Joseph plays didgeridoos tuned to the specific keys of the chakras, accompanied by the soothing tones of concert-pitch contemporary Himalayan singing bowls.

Together, these sounds create a harmonious and clearing vibrational field. The workshop concludes with time for reflection, questions, and discussion.

Please bring a yoga mat, pillow & blanket for your comfort.

Joseph Carringer is an internationally acclaimed didgeridoo musician and sound therapist. In his practice, he uses concert-class didgeridoos to create a powerful and immersive therapeutic experience, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian and organ theory with Ayurvedic chakra philosophy.

Joseph presents and performs both nationally and internationally, sharing the transformative potential of didgeridoo sound therapy with diverse audiences. His work focuses on releasing energetic and emotional stagnation, supporting deep relaxation, clarity, and balance. His offerings are sought after by wellness seekers, holistic practitioners, and medical professionals alike. Learn more at www.DidgeTherapy.com
