Angel Readings ~ An angel reading is an easy way to connect and talk with your Angels and can help you start a dialogue with your Angels.  Your Angels can help you with everything from sacred guidance to inspiration.  Half-Hour $65 and One-Hour $95. Reading is done by phone.

Archangel Metatron Reading ~ While connecting with Archangel Metatron in his crystalline Metatron Cube, you will receive guidance from Metatron, any past influences or issues that is preventing you from moving ahead, subconscious hidden aspects, gifts and strengths, present blocks, guidance from Archangel Sandalphon, and overall energy. Cost is only $45 and done by email only.

Medical Intuitive Readings (MIS) ~ Many are experiencing medical challenges and are trying to connect the body/mind/spirit dots.  During your session, a body scan will be done.  Any imbalances and potential illnesses/conditions will be described, then will check all organs and systems, and communicate recommendations for healing received during the reading.  Readings are 30-minutes $75. Reading is done by phone.

Soul Reading ~ A soul reading is a more in-depth reading that provides you with information about your soul’s essence.  In this reading, you will come to know what Divine ray you came in on which impacts the personality of the person and their soul, the age and level of your soul, the role of your, life lessons for this lifetime, goal of the soul, and the mode of the soul. All of this information will be emailed to you within three days or less for $35.

Russian Gypsy Angel Readings ~ These cards date back as far as the early 1900’s and are based on the authentic gypsy teachings and from Russian folklore.  The cards are a mix of animal, nature and Christian symbolism.  Like all other divination cards, they have the ability to predict future events and outcomes.  The cards act like a “psychic barometer.”  For this type of reading, the angels, pendulum, angel and gypsy cards are used.  This type of reading is done via email only and is $35.

For registration-please register and provide your email and telephone number. This will be given to Elizabeth and she will contact you to set up your reading.

Pilates & Yoga for Strong Bones & Strong Muscles (Hybrid) 6 week session

Pilates & Yoga for Strong Bones & Strong Muscles (Hybrid) 6 week session

6 week session in person or on zoom : Tuesdays, 9-10:15 am, 5/6-6/24 (no class 5/27 & 6/3)

(Zoom invite will be sent out before the first class)

Here are your 2 favorite exercises blended together!

Why Pilates? Think better posture, stronger body, improved balance and alignment and deeper breath. By integrating movement with breath, Pilates helps students walk and sit taller, more confidently and with more body awareness. Better posture results in less back pain and less chance for injury due to falls or imbalances in the body. Mind-body movement enhances neuroplasticity in the brain, which enhances brain function as we age. Add weight bearing exercise including standing, balancing, shifting plus resistance bands and weights to improve muscle tone, and you have the workings of a total body strength class.

Why yoga?  By integrating yoga between the Pilates routine, we create a healthy flow, contrasting dynamic movement with ease and relaxation.   Exercises alternate between standing and laying or seated on the mat, and are integrated with Stott Pilates® principles to lengthen the torso, enhance cardiovascular system through systemic breath work and strengthen core muscles. Bring exercise/yoga mat and the following equipment:

Please bring a mat, 2 toning balls of 1, 2 or 3 pounds, a flexband and a 10" mini-stability ball.

Dragonfly Spirit Healing Circle with Karen

Join Karen Campbell, grief counselor and energy healer of Grief & Healing Connections, for an hour of meditation and energy healing.

During this healing circle, we will focus on healing within ourselves. When we heal within ourselves, we bring our healing to the world around us. Dedicating time to ourselves is self-care, it is an endeavor that is needed in our lives. The energy healings of Melchizedek and Reiki serve to activate the healing within our being. Energy healing reminds us of our connection to the source of all energy, to that which is greater than ourselves. During meditation and energy healing, we reconnect with our true self that is often stifled beneath layers of stress and imposed conditions.

During this Healing Circle for Self, Karen will lead both quiet and guided meditations. During a guided meditation, Karen will unite the circle in the Melchizedek Healing Method. During quiet meditation, Karen will share Reiki healing with each individual. Participants need only to be present and seated comfortably. Participants are asked to dress for their comfort. Air conditioning will be in use, please bring your own blanket or warm outerwear.

Pilates & Yoga for Strong Bones & Strong Muscles (Hybrid) 8 week session

9:00 AM09:00

Pilates & Yoga for Strong Bones & Strong Muscles (Hybrid) 8 week session

8 week session in person or on zoom : Tuesdays, 9-10:15 am, 3/11-4/29

Class is taught by Susanne Liebich.

Investment in Health: $175/8 week session, $30/drop in class

Chakra Clearing Meditation with Didgeridoos & Himalayan Singing Bowls

This immersive workshop is designed to help participants release energetic and emotional stagnation from the seven major energy centers of the body. Participants are encouraged to focus on each energy center as they experience the corresponding vibrational resonance.

The workshop begins with a brief overview of the chakras, providing insight into their qualities and how they influence your well-being. It is then followed by a transformative 50+ minute sound journey, with approximately 8 minutes dedicated to each chakra.

As you focus your awareness on each energy center, Joseph will play didgeridoos tuned to the specific keys of the chakras, supported by the soothing tones of concert-pitch contemporary Himalayan singing bowls. This will create a harmonious and clearing vibrational field. The workshop concludes with an opportunity for reflection, questions, and discussion

Joseph Carringer is an internationally acclaimed didgeridoo musician and sound therapist. In his practice, he uses concert-class didgeridoos to create a unique and powerful therapeutic experience, blending Traditional Chinese Medicine meridian and organ theory with Ayurvedic chakra philosophies.

In addition, due to the in-the-moment connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements, it also reduces anxiety and promotes peace. This class is for all levels and is meant to be a low key and enjoyable community class.
