Mindful Movement offers gentle physical activity to help move blood and oxygen around the body, nourishing the organs and tissues promoting healing and strengthening the immune system. In addition, due to the in-the-moment connection of the mind to the breath and physical movements, Mindful Movement helps to calm the mind, relieving emotional stress and mental anxiety.

The instructor for this self-care class is Stan Fall from Cultivating Qi in Westford, MA. Stan has over 3 years experience in the Mindful Movements of qigong and tai chi.
