Wendy Saydah, Licensed Massage Therapist, Craniosacral Therapist and Reiki Practitioner

We welcome Wendy Saydah, an experienced massage and cranial sacral therapist who is a firm believer in these modalities after witnessing their dramatic and curative effects for a variety of conditions in her many years of practice. Wendy provides a customized Swedish based massage which combines relaxation and deep tissue techniques to address problem areas while promoting overall feelings of well-being. Wendy also infuses her treatments with various energy and nervous system calming techniques including cranial sacral therapy and reiki. She works with a variety of conditions including sports injuries, trauma, muscle soreness, rehab, and anxiety. Wendy also offers 60 minute Reiki sessions.

Jeff Wilkins, Licensed Massage Therapist

We are happy to welcome Jeff to our team of talented practitioners. Jeff graduated from the Massage School of Boston in 2010. His approach is intuitive with presence and sensitivity, to establish a progressive flow unique for his clients. With a deep tissue massage technique, he seeks to induce a deep state of relaxation in order to promote healing on many levels. He looks forward to working with his clients in support of their own sacred journey in holistic health.

Kayla Beth Bilodeau, CYT 200 hours (offers Thai Yoga Massage only)

We are pleased to have Kayla Beth join our team of practitioners offering individual Thai Yoga Massage sessions. Thai Yoga Massage is a form of bodywork that uses passive stretching (assisted yoga poses), acupressure and massage techniques that promote circulation, relaxation, flexibility and energy renewal. Kayla Beth is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified in Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga Warriors, has additional training in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra and is a Reiki Master Teacher. Kayla’s specialty in yoga is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and trauma. Please note: Thai Yoga Massage is not appropriate in pregnancy.

Eileen Maloney, PT, Craniosacral Therapist, IYT 200 hours (offers bodywork modalities only, no massage)

We are fortunate to have Eileen on our team of exceptional Therapists. With her knowledge and experience from decades as a Physical Therapist, Eileen uses an integrated, holistic approach with gentle hands on techniques, including Craniosacral Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual lymph drainage, and Integrated Yoga Therapy* to trigger your body's natural healing and balance your life's energies to improve the health and well being of your mind, body and spirit. Some conditions that respond well to the above techniques include: post concussion syndrome, chronic pain, post surgical scarring and adhesions, headaches, sleep difficulties, and stress related conditions. Newborns and infants with feeding challenges or colic also respond well. *An Integrated Yoga Therapist ( IYT) combines yoga poses ( asanas), breathing techniques and mindfulness to improve your strength, flexibility and well being.
