The ancient Chinese practice that combines mindfulness, meditation and movement has been in the spotlight lately as an effective practice for all kinds of things like stress reduction, increased focus, better balance and flexibility as well as an overall increase in quality of life. Ray will be offering a 4 week introduction to Tai Chi in the month of May so you can try it without a long term commitment to see if it benefits you!

Tai Chi is a martial art that has evolved into a meditative flow of focused movements and breathwork that aid in stress reduction and promote other health benefits such as circulation, balance and restoration of energy as well.
