Class 1: Recharge Your Battery Wednesday, November 5, 2025 / 6-8pm

Discover where your energy really goes and how to get it back. Using the “human battery” model and simple body-based practices, you’ll learn quick techniques to calm your nervous system, reset on the spot, and boost your stamina for the day ahead.
