This 90-minute reflective workshop offers an opportunity to deeply relax and restore both body and mind. Through a series of slow-paced, introspective Yin postures, participants are guided to cultivate stillness and calm. Restorative poses are practiced fully supported on the floor with the use of props to ensure comfort and ease. The session provides space to release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of inner peace. Suitable for all levels of experience.
