Mindful Qi Cultivation employs slow, gentle, meditative movements to help gather and distribute life force energy (called qi or chi) throughout the body. This strengthens the immune system and enhances the body’s natural ability to heal itself. In addition, due to the in-the-moment, non-judgmental connection of the mind to the breath & body, Mindful Qi Cultivation helps reduce stress and anxiety. This class is designed to be low key and fun for people of all levels. Come join us to learn these holistic healing movements and to connect with like-minded people.
