Join Cindy for an in-person total body sculpting class!
This class is all about sculpting your body with a focus on shoulders, core and glutes. You’ll implement 3 circuits that target all three body areas. Dumbbells will be provided.
This is a beginner’s fitness class for women. Please bring a water bottle, clean sneakers, your own resistance band/hip circle (a few will be available), your own yoga mat (if possible) and a friend.
Class limit: 11 women
Class running time: 45 minutes
Investment in health: $20 or class cards are accepted!
