According to the American Journal of Pain Management, “Posture affects and moderates every physiological function from breathing to hormonal production. Spinal pain, headache, mood, blood pressure, pulse, and lung capacity are all affected by posture.”
Improving posture can help reduce pain and tension, improve organ function, decrease anxiety and even increase confidence. Exercising with good posture helps maintain good form. This in-person part lecture and part exercise 2 hour program will teach participants simple and accessible ways to improve posture. There will be time for discussion and Q&A throughout the workshop

This program is geared toward Pre-Teens, Teens and Adults with moderate or greater mobility and ability to sit and stand safely without support..
