This is a rolling session designed for those who have either already taken the Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation series or are solitary practitioners looking to deepen their meditative journey. Join this collaborative environment with lively discussions on different types of meditation and points of stream entry as well as their applications in practical meditation exercises. Each session will have both a discussion and a meditation period followed by a short journaling time.
This class will be facilitated by Bryar Trent. Bryar is a long-time meditator who has explored, studied, and practiced various meditation paths and techniques within a variety of cultures. He is a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Instructor through the internationally accredited School of Positive Transformation. In addition to meditation, Bryar enjoys reading philosophy, deep conversations, and coffee.
