By the end of the program, you will have created new, positive habits that fit into your busy schedule. 

Throughout the challenge, you will receive guidance on how to track your daily meals using the app, My Fitness Pal. Enjoy easy-to-make, delicious recipes and brand new meal suggestions with minimal prep time and minimal mess. Check-in with Cindy weekly and gain access to a supportive Facebook community with like minded women to inspire and motivate you along your journey. You'll also gain access to weekly LIVE seminars with topics that include: Cindy’s favorite tips to slim down, making working out your me time and how to fuel yourself with food rather than eating for comfort.
