Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level. It works in conjunction with other forms of medical treatment and healing modalities, but it does not replace them. It can help to hasten the healing process. Reiki can do no harm. Anyone can learn how to provide Reiki treatments.

Reiki Level 1 introduces Reiki, the Chakra System, the History of Reiki, and the method for providing Reiki for yourself. A book that is published by the International Center for Reiki Training will be provided. As part of the training process you will receive an attunement to the frequency and vibration of Reiki. At completion of the class, students will be awarded with a Reiki Level 1 Certificate.
