As a special holiday treat, Anita Perry of Yoga Anita will be holding a Yoga Nidra class as part of her Yoga series on Wednesday, December 22 from 5:30-6:30 pm. In the spirit of the holidays, we are opening an additional 5 spaces for drop ins to enjoy the beautiful gift of Yoga Nidra!
Yoga Nidra is a practice of deep relaxation that works with the autonomic nervous system to promote a sense of calmness and well being. It awakens the connections of mind, body and spirit and provides long term benefits of increased mental clarity, more restful sleep, decreased anxiety and relief of muscular and emotional tension.
