Supporting your health during these challenging times

Join us for an important workshop on ways you can strengthen your immune system & reduce inflammation.  We will cover multiple ways to support the immune system by discussing:

-          nutrient dense foods that lower inflammation

-          key, powerful supplements

-          excellent herbal teas that have antiviral properties & boost immunity

-          ways to decrease sugar and processed foods (which lower immunity)

-          natural and effective tools for reducing stress (which affects our immunity)

-          simple steps to reduce overall toxic load, which also enables the body to better defend itself

-          simple herbs for cooking that support the immune system

-          the importance of enough sleep

-          remembering to allow yourself self-care each day

You’ll receive a summary of the workshop, some great color recipe hand-outs and resources to use going forward.  The goal is to have you walk away with important knowledge to help decrease your chances of getting sick.  It’s also to replace some of the fear we’re all dealing with by taking steps to reduce inflammation, support your immune system and to improve your overall health.
