BeSoul™ Dance is a great multidimensional workout for the whole self. It is love in motion; a dance of awakening. BeSoul™ Dance provides an opportunity to connect to your deepest self through vibrant self-expression & movement variety (Dance/Martial Art/Yoga). Choreography is simple and enlivening, music is fantastic and varied. We dance together to get fit in body, mind and soul. These online live classes are appropriate for beginners as well as experienced students.

Here is how this works…..

When you register for Maria’s monthly bundle, you can select if you already have a class card or not. If you do, the purchase price will be $0 and we will minus 5 classes from your current class card. If you don’t, the purchase price will be $80. Once you purchase the monthly bundle, you will receive a ZOOM invite for live BeSoul classes offered every Tuesday through Saturday from 10-11 am. You can attend up to 5 classes each month (attendance will be taken). Once you purchase the bundle, you will pay $80 or 5 class card punches whether or not you attend the classes so we encourage you to attend!
