Stress related conditions contribute to over half of all visits to health providers. We will be showing this 4-audio-visual DVD Program on this day to Health Professionals, Educators and other community members who want to learn more about the connection between thoughts, emotions, and symptoms and effective evidence-based treatments.

Participants completing this practical program will be able to list one or more effective approaches for managing stress-related Immune symptoms, Fight or Flight symptoms, Musculoskeletal symptoms, and Mental States that trigger somatic distress.

This program is approved for 6 contact hours for various healthcare professions, including nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, social work, counseling, and psychology.

This program provides 7.5 contact hours of professional development toward license renewal for Educators

Directions to receive contact hours will be provided. Participants are responsible for submitting the test and the $30 fee in order to receive contact hours
