This January give yourself the best chance to accomplish your New Year’s resolution to stop smoking or vaping. Nicotine addiction is similar to an addiction to alcohol, heroin, and cocaine.  Take back your life and your health by breaking the hold nicotine has on you.

This workshop, based on the American Cancer Society’s FreshStart smoking cessation program, will help you create a quit plan and implement strategies and tools that can help you manage without nicotine. Included in the cost of the program is 3 discounted acupuncture treatments for the nicotine withdrawal and relaxation techniques such as yoga, breathing exercises, QiGong, tapping, and more.

Dates: January 6, 13, 20, 27

There will be the option to purchase teas and herbs to help with withdrawal and stress symptoms from in house herbalist.

Space is limited, so please register early.  

The final deadline to register is by January 4th and the workshop does have a minimum number of participants to function. No walk-ins or last minute registrations will be accepted.

If you have tried to quit before or have been thinking of quitting, now is the time to get the support and tools you need. Do it for yourself and those you love.
