Are you carrying grief from a loss of any kind—a loved one, a job, a relationship, or perhaps the loss of hopes and expectations for how life might have unfolded?

You are invited to spend a day of gentle support and renewal with Grief Counselor Karen Campbell of Grief & Healing Connections. Together, we will create space to honor your grief, ease the weight of difficult thoughts, reconnect with your inner strength, and receive nurturing, healing energy.

Throughout the day, you will be guided through experiences designed to support your body, mind, and spirit. Along with Iridessence Community Health Collaborative and Dragonfly Wellness Center, three compassionate practitioners will lead you in gentle yoga, uplifting Zumba movement, and calming meditation, along with the restorative benefits of Reiki healing energy.

A light breakfast and nourishing lunch will be provided. We welcome you exactly as you are.
