Did you know? Osteoporosis affects one in two women over the age of 65 and one in four men over the age of 70.
This evidence-based workshop integrates two specialized programs into a single comprehensive session. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of osteoporosis, learn safe and effective movement strategies for daily activities and exercise (including yoga), and explore key nutritional considerations for optimal bone health. Additional guidance and resources will be provided to support long-term prevention and management.
This program is open to all individuals interested in improving musculoskeletal health and reducing risk for osteoporosis-related complications.
