"Downward dogs with dumbbells"

Join Rebecca for a dynamic 45-minute hybrid flow class that blends traditional yoga poses with light strength training. Using 2–3 pound dumbbells, this session is designed to build muscle tone, improve endurance, and enhance overall body awareness. Expect a fluid sequence that challenges both stability and strength, all while maintaining the mindful breath and alignment focus of yoga.
Suitable for all levels with modifications provided.
Please bring your own 2-3 pound dumbbells. We have some if you don’t!
