The practice is designed to nurture harmony between body, mind, and spirit. To conclude, Kayla will offer individual hands-on Reiki, providing the perfect closing touch for profound rest and restoration.
Kayla Beth is a Certified Yoga Teacher 200 hour, Certified in Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga Warriors, has additional training in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra and is a Reiki Master Teacher. Kayla’s specialty in yoga is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and trauma.
