Class is taught by Anita Perry. Anita Perry (Yoga Anita) is an author, educator, yogi, and podcaster with more than 46 years in the health and fitness field. Ms. Perry has a Master’s Degree in Education from Fitchburg State and is an E-RYT500 registered with Yoga Alliance. Ms. Perry is the author of Yogaminute and Yoga Wisdom-Reflections of a Practicing Yogi and is the host of Healthy Living with Yoga Anita on WLPZ 95.1FM. Ms. Perry was voted Best Yoga and Meditation Instructor two years in a row and has been interviewed nationally and internationally.
