Class and a glass!

Join us at the Sterling Street Brewery in Devens for an energy boost! Together we will dance our way into the weekend with some uplifting exercise to funky music before the Brewery opens and then relax and enjoy all the brewery has to offer!

Everybody and every body! Zumba® is Latin-based dance fitness. This particular Zumba® class is mostly low impact, combining low intensity and high intensity moves, and using Latin and World rhythms. Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it out. A total workout, combining all elements of fitness – cardio, muscle conditioning, balance and flexibility.

In case of inclement weather, the class will be moved inside….therefore, space is limited! Secure your spot right away!!
