Yoga for Stress & Anxiety workshop

Are you overwhelmed with feelings of stress and anxiety?

This hour and a half yoga class is designed to help reduce stress and anxiety through yoga. Yoga postures will be active and restorative with the use of meditation and affirmations throughout the class. Individual hands on Reiki Energy Healing will be offered during the restorative yoga portion of class. Join us for some peace and serenity as we enter this busy holiday season

This workshop is facilitated by Kayla Beth of Path of Life Yoga. Kayla Beth is a Certified Yoga Teacher 200 hour, Certified in Thai Yoga Massage and Yoga Warriors, has additional training in Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra and is a Reiki Master Teacher. Kayla’s specialty in yoga is working with individuals with anxiety, depression, insomnia, and trauma. .
