Tai Chi is a martial art that has evolved into a meditative flow of focused movements and breathwork that aid in stress reduction and promote other health benefits such as circulation, balance and restoration of energy as well. This in-person class is advanced.
Advanced classes are for experienced students of Tai Chi who wish to increase their practice and to possibly become certified as a teacher.
Cost is per month, quarter or drop in and is priced to encourage 3x/week practice
