In a small group setting we will rediscover our feminine energy and intuition. We live in a society praised for 'doing', which often makes us forget the magic of 'being'. When we slow down and feel back into our bodies, we realize who we really are and all of our unique gifts. In this community there will be time to ground through breath work and meditation, group coaching and expression through free style dance.

I invite you to join this intimate community and offer feedback as this pilot program is launched and developed. Wear comfortable clothes you can move freely in.
