For thousands of years, people have used sound meditation to move beyond the mind's busy activity and emotional turbulence into profound peace and expanded awareness. In this workshop, there will be individual hands-on Reiki and PranaShakthi to open the evening. The healing energy will be followed by a Sound Meditation. While you lay in an extended Shavasana (yoga sleep), a healing practice that allows us to experience inner calm and deep relaxation, Kathleen will play a variety of sound instruments: singing bowls, drums, rattles, gongs and more. Come and fill yourself up! Lay comfortably on a mat, enjoy some hands-on healing and allow yourself to receive.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat, pillow, blanket, eye pillow and or whatever you need to be in a place of comfort.
