Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT): Tapping 101


What is EFT? EFT is short for Emotional Freedom Technique and is a form of tapping. Tapping works by activating the non-thinking part of the brain known as the Amygdala. The Amygdala is the part of the brain that responds to your body’s negative reaction to fear. Fear initiates the fight or flight response triggering the release of cortisol which is known as “the stress hormone”. In this class you will be introduced to the EFT energy technique. EFT can help you with:

  • Pain Relief

  • Weight Loss

  • Stress

  • Depression

  • Anxiety

  • Resentment

  • Autoimmune Diseases

  • and many more areas that are holding you back.

EFT works energetically, it is holistic, noninvasive and can be done anywhere.

There will be 10 minutes at the end of class for sound meditation with crystal bowls before we close.

Since we are a small center and many of our workshops require a minimum number of participants in order to run, we encourage early preregistration to ensure that the workshops will be taking place.
