YOGA for Anxiety: Exploring what's possible!

In this workshop we will explore the body-mind arousal we call anxiety and practice ways to disrupt the pattern and calm the nervous system. Gentle yoga poses, meditation, visualization, inquiry, and breathwork help us to create peaceful presence from which we have the power to choose more resourceful ways to intervene in our habituated fear arousal, and allow our true inner being to shine in calm confidence. No experience necessary. Please bring a journal and yoga mat.
