Kristen Niemi, Yoga teacher, Certified Massage and Craniosacral therapist, will be our guest this month providing assistance with restorative poses and hands on craniosacral therapy while Rose recovers from surgery. Kathleen will provide soothing sound and energy therapy throughout the class.

Do you need to release worry and stress and restore joy and peace within? Join Rose and Kathleen as they immerse you in therapeutic vibrational energy with hands on reiki, tuning forks, crystal bowls, rainsticks, french chimes and gongs. Balance and replenish while you rest by candlelight and enjoy the comfort of restorative poses.
