Crystals have been used by people to enhance health and wellbeing throughout history. Please join us for a crystal healing workshop created for people who are beginners to those who are experienced in working with crystals. You will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the course. Ten crystals will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to make connections with your crystals in various ways. Some of the information discussed includes:

•     General information about each of the 10 crystals we are working with.

•     How to clear, cleanse, and program your crystals.

•     How to connect with crystals on a physical, energetic and spiritual level.

•     Meditating with crystals.

•     An introduction to using crystals for chakra balancing.

•     Introductory placement of crystals to enhance energetic flow.

•     Using crystals for protection.

•     Crystals for grounding.

The workshop instructor, Jack Whelan, is an RN, Usui Reiki Master Teacher, Universal Shaman, and Certified Angel Card Reader. He has been a corporate trainer, and as an RN has done individual and community education on health related issues. Jack has been attracted to crystals and minerals since childhood and uses them to enhance his complementary therapy practice.

Since we are a small center and many of our workshops require a minimum number of participants in order to run, we encourage early preregistration to ensure that the workshops will be taking place.
