Tina Wells, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and self-understanding. Through a compassionate, collaborative approach, Tina provides a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their concerns, gain insight, and work toward meaningful change.

Tina specializes in working with adults experiencing anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, grief and loss, trauma, and challenges related to self-esteem and personal growth.  Recognizing that every person's experience is unique, treatment is tailored to meet each client's individual needs, strengths, and goals. She strives to empower clients to overcome obstacles, build healthier relationships, and create more fulfilling lives. Tina also has experience with military personnel and their unique experiences.

Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, strengths-based therapy, and trauma-informed care, Tina works to help clients develop practical coping skills while addressing the underlying issues that may be impacting their well-being. Her current clients find Tina to be thoughtful, engaged, supportive and down to earth.
