Rebecca Phillips

Rebecca recently graduated from a 200 hour teacher training program at Frog Pond Yoga Center in Princeton under the guidance of Diane Featherstone and Anne Goewey.  For the past 15 years she has enjoyed being a personal trainer and fitness instructor as well. Rebecca seeks to create a class in which participants can explore the idea of transformation in their physical, emotional and spiritual selves. She loves coming together as a community to practice yoga for healing and restoration.  In addition to practicing yoga, Rebecca enjoys exploring natural health and healing practices, reading, live music and spending time with her family.
