Facilitated and taught by Anne Ferguson RN and Elizabeth Sabourin, Early Childhood Educator.
During this 2 hour program, children in grades 1 – 6 will learn and practice a variety of wellness modalities such as meditation, mindfulness, yoga, breathing and mudras, healthy eating, connection to nature and movement to music through a variety of games and exercises. Our program fosters self awareness, focus, kindness, gratitude and a sense of overall well being all in a supportive, peaceful environment. There will be indoor and outdoor activities throughout the year and a healthy snack will be provided each day.
Some of the activities will include: creating individual totem poles, making meditation glitter jars, making healthy smoothies, nature walks, painting dream catchers, working with essential oils and so much more!
