Janet Hoffman

Home Health & Hospice Aide, Certified Usui Reiki Master
My healing journey started six years ago, and in that journey I have crossed paths with many different holistic healers. These spiritual guides have introduced me to sound-healing, Reiki and yoga. Since my interactions with these healers, it has brought back my affinity for collecting healing stones and crystals. As a newly certified Usui Reiki Master healer, I hope to share the wisdom I’ve gathered along the way with others.
Continuing down this path, it has led me to do two tours of the WHOLE30 Paleo Program, which was inspired by my husband. This was a life changing moment for me physically, mentally and spiritually. During my second WHOLE30 is where my relationship with kombucha started. After my first bottle, I was instantly intrigued and wanted to know more. Upon months of research, I finally started making my own which progressed into brewing continuously for a year. With significant life changing events this year surrounding food and gut health, kombucha has found its way back into my life.

Kristen LamarreKristen Lamarre

began practicing yoga regularly while working as a high school science teacher.  As her practice grew deeper she found herself wanting to share the experience she was having with others. Kristen has always considered herself a teacher, what she has taught has changed throughout the years but when she found yoga it was like coming home. It all made sense and she knew she wanted to share this practice with others. Deciding to leave her teaching job she set off to Pavones Yoga Center in Pavones, Costa Rica; it was here she completed her multidimensional teacher training under Indira Kate Kalmbach.  Kristen then returned to Massachusetts and began teaching yoga. Kristen’s classes are lighthearted and fun while allowing for deep realizations and opening in the body. She connects with each of her students on a personal level and never wants anyone to feel as though “yoga is not for them”. Yoga is for everybody and this is something Kristen really wants to allow for in her classes. Kristen teaches a variety of classes, from yin yoga to vinyasa flow. She hopes to see you on the mat soon!

Carolyn Sargent

Carolyn is the founder of Reshapingmbs.com

Are you slowing down and entering the best years of your life but you can’t find a class to fit what you’re looking for?
Do you have autoimmune issues or  just starting on your holistic/fitness journey and want to connect with other  empowered  women who want to move, have FUN and “feel free to be me” in a non judgement environment?
Do you dislike “gym” atmospheres and feel they are too much?

I became a fitness instructor 12 years ago to reach those who needed low impact modifications since gyms seem to be geared towards the fit. Even beginner classes are still not for most “beginners”.  But after stress fractures to both my legs in 2010, as well as an autoimmune disease, it became tougher to do what I love. I also realized that I had forgotten my “why” I teach. After some soul searching the last few years as well as trying to find classes that suited my need for a more gentler approach, I realized if I couldn’t find what I was looking for, there must be others that are looking for the same. So I hope if this resonates with you, take the time for YOU and come join us as we start on our journey together!

I am currently a certified AFAA group fitness instructor, Zumba, Nirvana (breathing fitness to music), Bellyfit, Holistic Wellness classes, and CPR Certified as well as an Usui Master Reiki practitioner.

Private Practice

Carolyn is a Usui Reiki Master

As a fitness  instructor with fibromyalgia 10 years ago, I had overdone it and ended up with stress fractures in both my legs. Determined to get better after traditional medicine wasn’t helping and actually caused part of the problem, I learned about and tried every holistic practice I could come across. I loved them all!! But that is when Reiki found me.
My Reiki mentor showed up in my life and changed what I thought I knew about myself and the world around me regarding healing energy. That led me to my Reiki practice 5 years ago in my home office
and in corporate and event settings as well teaching other holistic classes and workshops. I am thrilled to be adding a few classes as well as private Reiki appointments here at Dragonfly Wellness.

 Liz Wood

Liz (RYT-200) received her yoga teacher training at Central Mass Yoga in Boylston, MA, under the guidance of Lucy Cimini.  Her knowledge of the human anatomy and body mechanics, learned in over 15 years as a Massage Therapist, allows her to teach proper alignment in poses so students don’t get injured.  Liz loves introducing yoga to newbies who may think that yoga is not for them.  She received additional training in a modality called “Curvy Yoga”, to support students of all shapes and sizes who would like to practice yoga in a non-competitive environment.  Her classes specifically promote body acceptance by helping students create a yoga practice that is right for the body they have today.   Liz uses her sense of humor to bring levity to her classes.  “Take your yoga seriously and yourself lightly”.

In addition to group classes, Liz teaches private yoga sessions for students who would like more focused attention or prefer not to practice in a group setting.

For information on Private Yoga Classes or Massage Therapy, please contact Liz at
