Cindy Driver is a Fitness Behavior Change Coach (locally living in Groton, MA). Through coaching services, speaking and writing, Cindy helps busy, professional women drop 10 to 20 pounds in 12 weeks without spending hours in the gym or giving up their favorite foods.

Cindy has an BA in English, an MA in New Media Photojournalism, 6+ years experience in fitness coaching and behavior change, and is obsessed with helping people all around live lives full of self love and better health.
